Freelance Spanish voice over talent

I am a native Iberian Spanish voice over talent from Madrid (Castilian accent from Spain), working as a freelance voice artist since 2014. Over the years, I have provided my voice for more than 500 national and international brands, including Zespri, Vinted, Greenpeace, PlayStation, Amazon, Oracle, JBL, and McArthurGlen, among others.

I record from my professional home studio, where I have voiced a wide range of audiovisual productions, such as commercial ads, corporate videos, e-learning courses, audio guides, and audio description scripts.

Listen to my voice without background music in different styles. Which one are you looking for?

my voice without music

I have spent long periods in the UK, which allows me to record voice-overs in English with a Spanish accent. Clients often appreciate this, as many scripts include words from different languages. It is also a great advantage for live recording sessions with people from different parts of the world.

Additionally, I can provide child voice-over, both boy and girl. I have recorded hundreds of projects, as they sound incredibly natural! For example, I am the voice of Pochacco in Hello Kitty YouTube Series.

Besides my official demos (click here to listen), here you can explore more styles and accents.

English with Spanish accent

Online voice-over in English with a Spanish (Spain) accent. A selection of my latest projects for commercials, radio, and corporate content.

Boy voice aged 8-10

I can perform Spanish child voices. Meet Lolo – my boy’s voice. We’ve recorded for Disney, Nickelodeon, and many e-learning projects.

Young girl aged 12-14

Also Spanish teenagers. Meet Mar – my teenage girl’s voice. Mar has recorded numerous TV commercials and spots.

Documentary

I love documentaries, but even more, I love being the voice that brings them to life for the Spanish audience.

Audiodescription

Spanish voice-over for audio description. I have recorded over 200 scripts for films, festivals, and television.

Animation & Games

my home studio

This is my voice over studio in Spain

I have a fully equipped home studio designed to meet all the requirements of a professional voice-over recording:

One of the advantages of being a freelance online voice-over talent with a home studio is that I can deliver recordings in .wav, .mp3, .aiff, or other formats within 24 hours (depending on the project), while always ensuring the confidentiality of your files.

I am available for remote directed sessions. We can connect via Meet, Session Link, or Source Connect—whichever works best for you.

Let’s talk about your Spanish voice-over project

Get in touch and tell me about your needs. As a freelance Castilian Spanish voice-over talent, I will do my best to offer a quote that fits your budget. If you have a fixed budget, please mention it in your message. Once I review the materials, I’ll confirm my availability.

Since details are key to calculating an accurate voice-over rate, I’ll need you to provide some basic information:

Project type

Is it a TV or social media commercial, a corporate video, a documentary, an e-learning course, IVR system messages, a video game character script, or any other type of production created by you or your company?

Usage

Where will the voice-over be used, and for how long? Usage is essential for determining the rate. A national TV commercial is not the same as an explainer video for YouTube or an internal PA system message.

Technical specs

Do you need the voice-over to be synced with a reference video or audio, or should it be a standard voice-over at a natural pace? Any specific direction regarding tone, style, or voice register is always welcome.

Materials

This is the most important part. I will need to review the script and video (if available) to estimate the time required and ask any necessary questions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

FAQS - Freelance Spanish voice talent

Let me tell you about the professional voice-over services I provide in Castilian Spanish, what they are used for, and who typically needs them. Let’s dive in.

Voice-over for commercials that make an impact

Whether it’s a TV commercial or a social media ad, your brand needs a voice that stands out and creates the right emotion to make your call to action successful. Count on me. There’s nothing I enjoy more than advertising—I have a degree in Audiovisual Communication.

Radio remains a powerful medium, and a well-produced radio spot can make all the difference. With my voice, your message will be clear, persuasive, and memorable.

Voice-over for corporate videos for your business

A great corporate video doesn’t just inform—it builds trust. A professional voice-over is key to ensuring your brand communicates in a clear, engaging, and authentic way. Corporate videos can include product or service presentations, company overviews, internal communications, or explainer videos for customers.

Voice-over for audio guides for museums and tourist tours

My voice is ideal for the tourism, cultural, and educational sectors. Audio guides enhance visits to museums, exhibitions, and historical sites, making each experience more immersive and engaging through a voice that informs and guides visitors.

IVR and on-hold messaging that stands out

Using synthetic voices is outdated and leaves a poor impression.

A professionally recorded IVR system can transform how your company is perceived. I’ll ensure your phone system not only informs but also conveys professionalism and warmth.

Voice-over for documentaries of all kinds

From historical documentaries to investigative reports, narration plays a key role in guiding the audience through the story. My voice can be the link between the visuals and the emotions you want to convey.

Voice-over for e-learning and training courses

Online learning needs clear and engaging voices that help with comprehension. Many professionals in multinational companies complain that the voices in their training courses sound dull and uninspiring. If you need a professional narration for your courses, I’m here to bring warmth and clarity to your content.

No matter the project, my goal is to ensure your message is delivered loud and clear.

I hold a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Málaga, a Master’s in Audiovisual Postproduction from the Escuela Superior de Imagen y Sonido in Madrid, and a Master’s in Professional Translation (English, Italian, Spanish) from the Universidad Menéndez Pelayo.

After working with various production companies in Madrid, I ventured into the world of commercial voice-over in 2014, using my voice as my main tool. Voice-over runs in my family, and I have always been passionate about the world of advertising communication.

Since then, I have worked with a wide range of clients, either directly or through advertising agencies, production companies, and voice-over agencies.

International clients: Vinted, Amazon, Womenalia, Oracle, Dior, Chanel, UN Women, Google (Alexa), Fiverr, L’Oréal, Airbus, Sodexo, Adidas, Reebok, Arqus Alliance, JBL, Rubix, Wii, Greenpeace, Renault, Arkema, Lacelier, Invisalign, McArthurGlen, Siemens, IKEA, LOL Surprise, Nissan, Norwegian, Clan, Younique, Sacyr, Aktikerall, Novartis, Laserum, and more.

National clients (Spain): Ferrovial, Repsol, Caribán, Laserum, Endesa, Carrefour, UGR, Diputación de Granada, AEP, Comunidad de Madrid, Aneto, Lumion, USPCEU, Mondragón Universitatea, Hoteles Senator, Chocolates Valor, Gobierno de Aragón, among others.

I am available for Spanish (Castilian) voice-over recordings for commercials, videos, and radio ads. Let’s bring your project to life.

All my recordings are carefully reviewed before final delivery. I can provide clean, edited audio with effects such as compression and equalisation, or send it completely raw, allowing you to process it as needed for your production. The goal is always to achieve the highest quality possible. Just let me know what you need.

I have a degree in Audiovisual Communication, so you’re in good hands.

Of course. As a freelance Spanish voice-over talent, I can organise my schedule based on my clients’ needs and the urgency of each project. In the mornings, I work in an external studio, but my afternoons are fully available for your projects. Let me know—when do you need the session?

It REALLY depends on the project. As a professional Spanish voice-over talent, I want to ensure that the budget reflects the quality I provide and the value you gain from my work.

To calculate an accurate voice-over rate, I’ll need some key details:

  • Project type – Is it a corporate video, a documentary, an e-learning course, IVR telephone messages, a video game character script, or another type of production for you or your company?
  • Materials – This is one of the most important factors. I need to review the script and video (if applicable) to estimate the time required and ask any relevant questions to ensure 100% satisfaction. If you don’t have the materials yet, a rough estimate of the script’s word count and video duration (if any) will help.
  • Technical requirements – Do you need the voice-over to be synced to video, or should it be a standard paced recording? Any preferences regarding voice style, tone, or register are always welcome.
  • Budget – If you have a set budget, let me know in your message. Once I review the materials, I’ll confirm my availability.

Send me a message, and let’s discuss your needs.

Did you know that working with a freelance voice-over talent is not only convenient but also highly beneficial? Here’s why you should work with me:

No middlemen, just direct communication
Hiring me means skipping the agencies and platforms that increase costs. No commissions, no extra fees—you pay less, I earn more, and we’re both happy.

We speak the same language (and not just the script)
With direct communication, there’s no room for misunderstandings. You can tell me exactly how you want your project to sound—warm, energetic, formal, or with that unique touch only you have in mind.

Fast turnaround, no delays
Having my own studio means I don’t waste time, and neither do you. Tight deadline? No problem. I deliver high-quality recordings quickly and efficiently.

In short, working with me is like having a dedicated partner who understands your needs and delivers with professionalism and passion. Shall we talk?

Here are six key tips for creating a powerful voice-over script, based on my experience as an online voice-over talent.

Write the way you speak – The voice-over will be speaking in your video

Conversational voice-overs are highly sought after. Clients often request a natural, girl-next-door style that doesn’t sound scripted. Achieving this depends largely on how the script is written. The voice-over artist takes cues from the script, so to avoid misinterpretations, write as if you were speaking.

How can you do this? Write as if you were talking to a friend. You can even use speech-to-text software to dictate your script and generate a first draft. This method ensures a more natural tone. Keep sentences short and simple to improve readability and flow.

Read it out loud like a voice-over

To ensure your script flows well, read it aloud as if you were recording the voice-over yourself. If the words feel unnatural or awkward, they will likely sound the same in the final recording.

  • If you stumble over certain words, change them.
  • If sentences feel too long and you run out of breath, break them into two.
  • If punctuation confuses rather than helps, adjust it. Punctuation is crucial for voice-over artists.

Consider this classic example, often called the “life-saving comma”:

“Let’s eat kids”
“Let’s eat, kids”

A simple comma changes the entire meaning. If you struggle to read your text smoothly, the voice-over artist probably will too. Refining the script before sending it ensures clarity.

Include annotations for the voice-over

Punctuation matters, but so do additional instructions. To ensure clarity in your voice-over, consider adding annotations to your script.

  • Need a pause? Instead of relying on commas alone, add [PAUSE], and if you need a specific length, indicate it: [PAUSE 5 SECONDS].
  • Want to create suspense? Use ellipses but also add [HOLD FOR SUSPENSE].
  • Require multiple takes of a line? Write [THREE ALTERNATIVE READINGS, PLEASE].

Even if you discuss details with the voice-over talent over the phone or in a message, adding them to the script saves time for everyone.

Be clear about the tone of the voice-over

The way a script is written influences the tone and style of the final recording. If you want an energetic tone, include exclamation marks where you expect emphasis. If you prefer a calm, soothing tone, avoid exclamations and use softer phrasing.

Let the voice-over artist know who the audience is. Speaking to a child, a teenager, or a corporate executive requires different approaches. Likewise, addressing the general public differs from addressing specialists in a specific field. Providing context ensures the tone aligns with the target audience.

Be clear, direct, and concise with instructions. If no guidance is provided, the voice-over talent will rely on experience and intuition, which may or may not match your vision.

Provide a pronunciation guide

Scripts often contain brand names, technical terms, or foreign words that may be difficult to pronounce. If certain words need to be spoken a specific way, include a pronunciation guide. This is particularly useful for:

  • Brand names (companies, products, industry-specific terms)
  • Foreign words or acronyms
  • Names that might have multiple pronunciations

You can provide a phonetic transcription or even send a voice recording with the correct pronunciation. This ensures that the voice-over is recorded correctly on the first take, saving time and revisions.

Ensure proper synchronisation for dubbed content

If you need the voice-over to be synchronised with an existing video, make sure the script is properly translated and adapted to fit the original timing.

Did you know that Spanish text is typically 20-30% longer than English? If a translation hasn’t been professionally adjusted for timing, the voice-over artist may struggle to fit the text within the allocated time.

In such cases, you might have two options:

  1. Rework the script to ensure it fits (which takes time and increases costs).
  2. Have the voice-over read too quickly, which often reduces clarity and naturalness.

Using a professional translator who specialises in voice-over and dubbing avoids unnatural phrasing, timing issues, and literal translations that don’t sound right.

By following these tips, you’ll create a script that enhances the voice-over, ensuring a smoother recording process and a professional final product.

Get a instant voice over quote

To provide you with a voice-over quote, I need the following information:

  • Duration (minutes or words)
  • Type (e-learning, advertisement, corporate, etc.)
  • Usage (internal use, online use without advertising, paid advertising campaigns, etc.)
  • Any other additional information (file splitting, synchronization, etc.)
